Saw ''Cabaret'' yesterday......have heard so much abt it, so had to watch it.....now I can understand where Chicago got its inspiration from......Its a real nice movie......its the kind of movie at the end of which you feel fulfilled....:-)))...since it has melodrama, dances, songs etc etc....maybe this is coming from my appreciation of Indian movies...:-))).....
Liza Minelli was damn goood.........the most striking feature of this woman are her eyes.....they are like large and twinkling......and thats all that u remember of her face.....her depiction of a young starlet who dreams of making it big on screen some day.......makes you want to hug her and say ''cho chweeet''......and to think that this movie was made 30 years ago......When I read the abstract of the movie there was this one line which talked abt the decadence of the period during the 2nd world war.......it was only when I saw the movie that I realised what they meant by the divine decadence......
