another Tuesday.....got up at 6:30....did some yoga...took a bath...had some breakfast(2 slices of whole meal bread(something different as compared to the normal brown bread I keep having), 1 glass milk a banana and an orange.....must start buying organic stuff ...the normal stuff that u get in these supermarkets are so tasteless....yukkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.....

took the 7:53 to Bedford today....its direct to Blackfriars...so no changing at Victoria....didnt get a Metro to read today..so had to stick to Tennessee williams....

nuthing much happened as yet....will know as the day progresses....
